Mara Autonomous District Council Winter session adjourned sine die
SIAHA/Saiha – The 3 day long winter session of Mara Autonomous District Council was adjourned sine die (indefinitely) this afternoon by the Chairman, Mr. FC Zase.

The session took up questions which were left out on Wednesday along with other questions listed for today.
In reply to the Opposition Member, Mr. NL Hmunsanga, the Executive Member in charge of Education, Mr. K. Hrahmo informed the House that 40 Schools under the District Council have been electrified so far with the fund received under SSA. He also said that there is no fund released this year for construction of School buildings under SSA so far.
In reply to the question asked by Mr. B. Pasia, the Chief Executive Member, Mr. S. Khipo informed the House that revenue receipt from all sources during the current financial year is 40 lakh, 70 thousand rupees. Of these, about 20 lakh have been spent so far.
